1. Prof & Head K. Velmanirajan participated and presented a research paper at international conference held at Baselous Mathew II College Of Engg-Kerala.
2. AICTE has sanctioned RS 5, 50,000 in the name of Prof and Head K.Velmairajan, Under MODROB scheme.
3. Prof& Head K.Velmairajan invited as resource person in one day workshop on FEA ORGANIZED BY PET ENGG COLLEGE, Valliur.
4. Prof& Head K.Velmairajan invited as resource person in one day workshop on DOE SOFTWARE ORGANIZED BY PET ENGG COLLEGE, Valliur.
5. Prof& Head K.Velmairajan published a research article at International Journal of Materials and Design. Of august 2012 edition.
6. Mr.M.Murali Asst.prof participated and presented a research paper at national conference held at PRIST UNIVERSITY-Thanjavur.
